Medical Officer – Corporate Sector Part Time

Job Purpose

The Medical Officer will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellness of employees in a corporate environment. This includes providing medical consultancy, handling workplace emergencies, conducting health screenings, and promoting preventive healthcare initiatives. Candidates with experience in the corporate sector and a strong background in family or emergency medicine will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing basic medication for employees.
• Handle workplace medical emergencies with professionalism and quick response.
• Conduct routine health checks, screenings, and fitness-for-duty assessments.
• Educate employees on preventive healthcare and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with HR and management on health-related policies and employee wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MBBS from an HEC-recognized university (PMC registration required).
• Additional Qualification: MCPS/MD in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years of medical practice in the corporate or industrial sector.
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to manage both general healthcare and emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Candidates residing near Port Qasim will be given preference.
