Position: Financial Consultant

We are looking for a Financial Consultant in Islamabad with a strong financial background. Candidates with ACCA certification will be preferred. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving financial problems, managing repayment plans, and building strong client relationships.

Key Requirements

• ACCA or financial background preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and listening).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, collections, or customer service.
• Goal-driven, energetic, and proactive personality.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Consultant, you will:

• Take inbound calls and conduct detailed financial reviews.
• Help clients manage budgets and create suitable payment plans.
• Negotiate repayment schedules and follow up on commitments.
• Handle confidential data with accuracy and care.
• Conduct income and expenditure assessments.
• Maintain well-organized financial records.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients.

Work Schedule

Our roles are aligned with UK timings. Shifts run Monday to Friday at the following times:

• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  Note: Saturday shifts will be rotational.
